Where are your products made?
All of our products and materials are made in and sourced from South Korea.
What materials do you use? Are they safe and nontoxic?
All of our materials are 100% food grade, nontoxic, and free of harmful chemicals such as BPA, phthalates, PVC, and lead. We use 304J1 stainless steel, specifically for its added antibacterial properties, and 100% food grade silicone.
Are your products tested for safety?
Yes, our products undergo rigorous third-party safety testing to meet the highest standards of safety for your little one. Our products are CPSC Children’s Product Certified, which means our products comply with all applicable U.S. safety regulations for children’s products.
Do your plates fit on a highchair tray?
Yes! The Everyday Plate (8 inches wide) fits on most standard highchair trays.
Do you offer warranty?
Yes! We offer Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products, so you can have peace of mind when purchasing and using our products.
Is the Everyday Plate microwave safe? How?
Yes! The Everyday Plate is microwaveable, including the Steel Plate. Some steel products spark in the microwave because of their shape and impurities in the product. The Everyday Plate is made of premium stainless steel and is designed with smooth, round edges to prevent sparking in the microwave. Silicone is normally safe to use in the microwave.
What do I need to know before microwaving my plate?
There are some things to consider when microwaving your plate, for both safety and to keep your plate in great condition:
- Always supervise your child when placing the plate in the microwave.
- Do not place any cutlery or foil in the plate when microwaving, as these will cause sparking.
- Avoid direct contact with the plate and the walls of the microwave.
- Only use the microwave for warming up food.
- Do not microwave the plate if any part is damaged or has deep, extensive scratches.
- Only microwave the plate for maximum 2 minutes at a time.
- Use caution when removing the plate from the microwave in case it is hot and check that it is safe to touch before serving your child.

Are your products dishwasher safe?
Yes! The Everyday Plate is dishwasher safe. Simply separate the Steel Plate from the silicone suction base before placing them in the dishwasher.
Purchasing, Shipping, & Returns
What’s your return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy from the date of delivery. Returned products must be unused and returned in the condition in which they were shipped. A return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Visit our Shipping & Returns page for more information.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the continental US.
Where are your products sold?
We currently sell exclusively on our website. Please note that we are not currently selling on any other platforms (Amazon, eBay, other third party websites).
