Junesday offers Limited Lifetime Warranty on all our products, so you can have peace of mind when purchasing and using our products. All of junesday products are crafted for long-lasting performance, versatility, and ease of use. Before using your product for the first time, please read our Care Instructions for additional information.
What does our warranty cover?
Junesday products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer’s defects under normal, non-commercial use. This includes the Everyday Plate (stainless steel plate and silicone suction base) and the Lid.
We warrant that our products will not chip, crack, or break under normal use. For silicone components, this includes defects in material or workmanship that affect performance.
If a defect is found, we will replace the product at our discretion. To qualify, all Care Instructions must be followed.
What does our warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover damage from abuse, commercial use, normal wear and tear, or any use not in accordance with the products’ instructions. While stainless steel is extremely durable, it may scratch with regular use, especially when used with utensils. These minor scratches are normal and do not affect the safety or functionality of the product.
